Helen Assistant - Language Translation App

Helen Assistant by Worldish is a medical language translation app designed to bridge communication gaps in hospitals across multiple countries. Developed by the Swedish company Worldish, the app plays a crucial role in enabling effective communication between healthcare professionals and patients who speak different languages. I led the complete redesign of the app for iOS, Android, desktop, and tablet versions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across all platforms. Given its use in critical medical situations, the project required extensive UX research to optimize usability, accessibility, and efficiency. Every design decision was made with healthcare professionals and patients in mind, focusing on clarity, speed, and ease of interaction. This project was a deep dive into human-centered design, balancing functionality with a thoughtful user experience to create a tool that truly makes a difference in medical care.
